Drop & Dash

2 1/2 Years & Older

Our Drop & Dash program focuses on fun art projects, science projects, math and writing skills. We also work on encouraging social skills and strengthening the child’s decision-making skills in a safe classroom environment. Drop & Dash gives families flexibility from a full-day schedule - drop them off when you need it and keep them home when you want!

Program

We are open weekdays 9:00am-3:30pm (closing at 1:45pm on Wednesday). At our Grace Episcopal location we offer a drop-in enrichment program for ages 2 1/2 and older. Children must be fully potty-trained. Please see the calendar below for our hours of operation. Due to state regulations we can keep children for no more than 4 hours per day.

Tuition

Drop-in tuition is due at the time of service. Tuition is $13/hour for the first child and $11/hour for each sibling after that. Discounted rates can be obtained by purchasing a punch card. We accept payment via Square, Brightwheel, or Venmo (debit/credit). Cash payments are also accepted.

Punch Package 1: 10 hours for $110

Punch Package 2: 50 hours for $550

Punch Package 3: 100 hours for $1000

Late Pick-Up

  • The fee for the first time is $1 per minute per child - due at the time of pick-up.

  • Any additional late pick-ups increases to $3 per minute per child - due at the time of pick up.

  • If the child is picked up on time for 60 calendar days the late fees revert back to $1 per minute.

  • If five times in a one-month period the family faces the possibility of discontinuation of services.

  • After 30 minutes if we have not been able to reach a parent or emergency contact, we are required to contact the local authorities.

Safety and Training

Our teachers are highly educated, trained in development, and effective ways to interact and communicate with preschoolers. Every staff person is First Aid, CPR and Blood Borne Pathogens certified. We also require that each teacher complete a background check, finger printing, and food handler’s certificate.

Communication

Happy Feet Academy takes great pride in effective communication and collaboration with parents and families. We provide the following to ensure this communication is upheld:

  • We work hard to learn students and parents names and build personal relationships with each and every family

  • We post lesson plans and menus weekly so you can stay informed about our daily routines

  • We also have an open door policy and encourage all parents to visit the center at anytime to participate and observe.

Meals

We ask that parents provide their child with an adequate lunch while attending Drop & Dash between 12:00-12:30. Happy Feet provided lunches will be given to children if they are in attendance during lunch time and without a meal. These meals cost $5 and will be charged at the time of service. Snacks will be provided at 9:30 and 2:30 free of charge.
