Ms. Sara
Lead Teacher -- Polar Bear Cubs
HI! My name is Miss Sara and I am the Lead Infant Teacher at Happy Feet. I have been working here since January 2022 and absolutely love it! The teammates, parents, and children are all so friendly and a pleasure to work with. Ever since I was a child, I dreamed of working with children with the goal of making a positive impact on the lives of children. After high school, I attended Central Washington University where I studied Elementary and Special Education. After graduating I worked as an Elementary Special Education Teacher in Yakima, teaching students with developmental delays for 5 years. I fell in love with caregiving and teaching the littles! I strive to create and maintain an environment for children that is safe, nurturing, fun and tailored to the unique needs of each child. I will do whatever I can to ensure your child is receiving the best quality care!
Ms. Scottie
Lead Teacher -- Arctic Fox
Hi! I’m Miss Scottie. I enjoy getting to know students and understanding them. I’m dedicated to many things like my career and my hobbies. During the summer I fight wildland fires and in the winter I work with children. My hobbies include jewelry making, arts and crafts, and hiking deep in the woods. After helping kids enjoy their day at daycare, I come home to my dog and give him cuddles and play fetch, especially some swimming if it’s warm enough!
